Return and Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Protection Act in India, we ensure a fair and transparent process for all eligible returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Window
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- If this timeframe has passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and manuals intact.
- You must provide the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable / Exempted Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or newspapers).
- Intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, and hygiene/personal care items.
- Custom-made, personalized, or digital/downloadable products.
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
- Gift cards.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (does not match the description on our website), you must report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos:
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a full replacement or refund.
- No extra return shipping or restocking fees will be charged for our errors.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at sreecomputers2001@gmail.com or visit your [My Account / Returns Portal] page on our website.
- Provide your order ID and the reason for the return, attaching photos if the item is damaged.
- Once approved, we will schedule a courier partner to pick up the item from your delivery address.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) or via store credit within [5–7] business days.
- Shipping charges from the original order (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, we bear all return shipping costs.
